  • Mick Traeger - Chairperson

    Mick is a local farmer, welder and comes with his personal lived experience of losing a loved one to suicide.

    He is passionate about supporting others and will often be seen giving a listening ear around town.

  • Adam Hull - Treasurer

    Adam, born and bred from our region grew up on a farm just out of Wanilla. He has a background in accounting and brings a lot of governance experience to our board.

    Adam is a strong community advocate and sits on many committees as a volunteer giving advice and support where he can.

  • Emma Gale - Secretary

    Emma has valuable Community Development experience through her work with Mentally Fit EP and a community advocate for focussing on prevention when looking at community mental health.

  • Kris Speed - Director

    Kris brings the business experience to the team and shares with us all his knowledge and insights when running an organisation.

    Kris has been a volunteer on the board since its inception back in 2020 where he was a key part of the team, leading the discovery work that saw us successful in getting the $3m funding from Fay Fuller Foundation.

  • Julie Crettenden -Director

    Julie has a passion for the Cummins community, supporting multiple projects with grant writing and seeking funding advice as part of her Lower Eyre Council role, the Grants and Community Development Officer.

    She is a proud volunteer and farmer with a sharp mind for governance. Julie has been a fabulous resources since joining the board as a volunteer in 2023.

  • Lacey Nash - Director

    Lacey contributes her big heart and a genuine passion for people. Currently pursuing a psychology degree, she balances her studies with a full-time job, helping those experiencing homelessness.

    Starting at Our Town as an employee, Lacey has now transitioned into a volunteer board role.

    Her personal experiences enrich the perspectives she brings to our Board.
